Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in the promotional giveaway (“Promotion”) offered by the Villages of Citrus Hills (“Home Builder”) exclusively to individuals who purchase a home within the Villages of Citrus Hills community (“Community”). By participating in the Ambassador Club Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to individuals who purchase a new-construction home through Citrus Hills Construction, LLC within the Villages of Citrus Hills community, located in Citrus Hills, FL, excluding any sales made prior to February 8, 2024. Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Home Builder are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion shall commence on February 8, 2024, and shall continue until further notice, unless terminated or modified earlier at the sole discretion of the Villages of Citrus Hills. Only parties who have not already been introduced to the Villages of Citrus Hills by other means prior to the referring party’s actions are eligible for the Promotion.
3. Gifts Offered: Participants who purchase a home within the Community during the Promotion Period may be eligible to receive one of the following gifts, subject to availability:
   • Airline credit
   • Cruise credit
   • Charitable donation (to an eligible 501(c)(3) charitable organization)
   • Villages of Citrus Hills Membership dues credit
4. Gift Redemption: Eligible participants will receive their gifts at the later of: (i). the referring party’s closing, or (ii). the referred party’s closing.
5. Modification or Suspension: The Home Builder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such modification, suspension, or termination shall be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Home Builder’s website or by other means deemed appropriate by the Home Builder.
6. No Cash Value: The gifts offered in connection with the Promotion have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
7. Taxes and Fees: Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with the receipt, acceptance, or use of the gifts offered in connection with the Promotion.
8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Home Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Promotion, even if the Home Builder has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Citrus County, FL, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
11. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
