New Tiki Bar Opens At The Villages Of Citrus Hills
Everyday is a Day in Paradise with Cool Music & Cool Drinks
The dining and entertainment experience at the Villages of Citrus Hills has gotten a bit more tropical lately with the introduction of the new Tiki Bar at the Grille.
Residents and visitors alike have been impressed by the size and detail of this new venue that looks to provide Citrus Hills’ residents with an island-style environment close to home.
Surrounded by tiki torches and lighted trees, Tiki Bar at the Grille begins treating visitors to an island experience before they even get into the new open-air facility.
About the Tiki Bar
Simply referring to this venue as the Tiki Bar may not exactly do it justice. This is much more than a simple little bar with a thatched roof. The Tiki Bar at the Grille is a 4,500 square foot dining and entertainment facility.
The focal point of the venue is the large bar in the center that is surrounded with bar stools for up to 30 people. That is not all for seating though. There are also regular and high-top tables that can seat another 120 people.
In order to provide as much of an island feel as possible, Tiki Bar at the Grille also includes two outdoor fire pits on its 650 square foot deck with seating for 16 people. The bar also uses state-of-the-art lighting that is constantly rotating between different pastel colors. Looking up at the ceiling adds even more to the experience as the thatched roof is covered with more than 55,000 palm fronds and the ceiling fans also have an island feel to them.
Not only is the new Tiki Bar a great place to relax and enjoy life with a frozen drink and some island music, it is also a great place to watch a game! With 10 different TVs strategically placed around the venue, there aren’t any bad seats to be found when your favorite team is playing.
Tiki Bar Menu
In addition to having an awesome island atmosphere and plenty of exotic frozen drinks, Tiki Bar at the Grille also has its own unique island-inspired menu filled with a great assortment of appetizers and lighter fare.
One of the more interesting menu items is the Corn & Lobster Dip, which contains fire-roasted corn, red peppers, and lobster meat that is all blended together with garlic cream cheese and served with homemade tortilla chips.
Other menu options include a Hawaiian Flatbread that is made with your choice of shrimp or chicken along with pineapple, mozzarella cheese, and an Ancho barbecue sauce. That same Ancho barbecue sauce is also used in the Ancho Barbecue Pork on Bite-Sized Buns. These miniature pork sliders are served with Hawaiian cole slaw.
The menu also contains a Fried Calamari, Portobello Sliders, Chicken Wings, a Grilled Hot Dog, a Bacon Cheeseburger, and Tacos that are available with veggies, chicken, pork, or shrimp.
The Tiki Bar at the Grille has everything required for a relaxing, island-style experience. Between the decor, lighting, food, drinks, and music, it is almost impossible to visit the Tiki Bar without feeling like you escaped to the islands for a few hours! Make sure to check it out for your next afternoon or evening escape!
