The New State-Of-The-Art PrimoVita Fitness Center

Work out in our brand new fitness center featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment.

Amenities have always been important centerpieces of the game here at the Villages of Citrus Hills, and one of the most important amenities in just about any community is the fitness center.

We already have a great option in the BellaVita Fitness Center, but the brand new PrimoVita Fitness Center puts the Villages of Citrus Hills on an entirely different level.

Anyone even remotely interested in exercising regularly (and we all should be) will love the idea of having another option to keep things interesting. And the high-end machines at the new fitness center are like nothing you have ever seen before!

The Basics: Bikes, Treadmills, & Ellipticals

Just about everyone who visits the fitness center integrates one of these machines into their workout. Whether you prefer to walk, run, bike, or combine all of those motions on the elliptical, PrimoVita has got you covered.

The new fitness center features four FreeMotion Incline Trainers, which can serve as a traditional treadmill, but also offer the ability to adjust up to as much as a 30% incline or down to a 3% decline. They even have 10” TV screens built right into them.

There are also seven different types of elliptical machines, including two lateral machines, two seated machines, and 3 XT cross-training machines.

If cycling is your preference, you will love the new Expresso HD Bikes. There are three upright bikes and three recumbent bikes that all allow you to follow all kinds of high definition training programs, or even race against riders in other locations.

The Next Level: Climbers & Ladders

For anyone who is looking for a more serious type of workout, the PrimoVita Fitness Center also has four Tread Climbers. If you aren’t familiar with these bad boys, they are like the combination of a treadmill, step machine, and elliptical that let you burn double the calories compared to using any of those individual machines.

There is also a Jacob’s Ladder machine, which you might have seen Bobby Axelrod using in the Showtime series Billions. This machine puts you on a ladder at a 40-degree angle and allows you to climb at whatever pace is comfortable (or not so comfortable) for you.

The Ultimate Workout

As if the climbers and ladders weren’t enough, the PrimoVita Fitness Center also has some even more serious equipment to help you design and follow the perfect training regimen.

One way to make sure that you are working the entire body is to make use of the 14 machines that comprise the Hoist Roc-It Selectorized Strength Training Circuit. No matter what your experience with weight training, these machines will tell you exactly what to do and make sure you are positioned correctly.

Other options for serious workouts include a Nexersys Interactive Cross Training System that introduces some mixed martial arts aspects into your workout, and a Cybex Bravo All-in-One Functional Training System that enables you to complete many different kinds of lifts without needing any assistance.

In addition to all of the great equipment you will find at the PrimoVita Fitness Center, there is also a meeting room downstairs for golfers and some pretty fantastic bathrooms. But the real highlight that you will definitely want to take advantage of is the grab-and-go coffee bar, CafeVita, that also features an energy shake station.

Whether you have been exercising everyday for years or have taken the last few off, the brand new PrimoVita Fitness Center is making it easy for everyone at the Villages of Citrus Hills to put together their own routine that perfectly fits their lifestyle.
