Arrival: Arrive at 10:00 AM to enjoy coffee and light refreshments and meet your personal sales executive.
Community Tour: Enjoy a private tour of our world-class amenities, including the luxurious Skyview Clubhouse, the 50,000 square-foot Bella Vita Spa and Fitness Center, championship golf, tennis, and pickleball facilities, and more. Then, prepare to say “WOW” as you discover our fully-customizable designer models.
Lunch Break: Relax and savor lunch at one of our three private restaurants, including our world-famous Tiki Bar!
Nature Coast Area Tour: Post-lunch, embark on a private tour of Citrus County with one of our local experts. Discover the serene beauty of Florida’s Nature Coast, the hometown charm of area towns, and other local gems.
Afternoon Relaxation: After an exciting day, unwind and relax at your fully furnished villa accommodations.
Dinner Invitation: Join us at one of our premier private restaurants for a delicious dinner. Please note: dress code is "smart casual," which includes dress pants and collared shirts for men.
Departure: Villa check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Return back to our Welcome Center to discuss your visit, revisit homes and homesites, and explore future plans.
