When Sam Tamposi and Jerry Nash started the Villages of Citrus Hills in 1968, they envisioned it as a spectacular place for their friends and neighbors to live. With warm-weather, a relaxed pace of life, and unbeatable amenities and social activities, they planned to share the Citrus Hills lifestyle with the people they cared about. To this day, you will find folks who knew Sam and Jerry enjoying our community, and you will still hear that distinct New England accent in certain neighborhoods.

If you have made your initial deposit and are building or purchasing a new home with us, the Ambassadors Club program gives you a generous welcoming gift for you and your friend when you share the Citrus Hills lifestyle.
