Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Ambassador Club Referral Program (“Program”) offered by the Villages of Citrus Hills and Citrus Hills Construction, LLC (collectively, “Home Builder”). By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • The Program is open to eligible participants who submit a referral that results in the purchase of a new-construction home built by Citrus Hills Construction, LLC within the Villages of Citrus Hills community in Citrus Hills, Florida.
  • The referral must be submitted through the official Ambassador referral process prior to the referred party’s first visit, registration, inquiry, or introduction to the community.
  • The referred party must not have previously registered, visited, inquired, or been introduced to the Villages of Citrus Hills by any other source.
  • Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Home Builder are not eligible to participate.
  • The Program commenced on February 8, 2024, and will continue until modified or terminated at the sole discretion of the Home Builder.
  • When the referred party completes a scheduled and verified community tour, the referring participant will receive a $50 gift certificate valid at any Citrus Hills restaurant.
  • If the referred party enters into a purchase agreement and successfully closes on a new-construction home built by Citrus Hills Construction, LLC within the Community, both the referring participant and the referred purchaser will each receive a $3,000 American Express® Gift Card.
  • Purchase rewards will be issued only after the successful closing of the home and verification of eligibility requirements.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Home Builder. The $3,000 American Express® Gift Card is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.
  • Rewards have no cash value beyond the stated promotional amount and cannot be redeemed directly through the Home Builder for cash.
  • Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, reporting obligations, or other fees associated with receipt or use of any rewards.
  • The Home Builder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting updated Terms.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Home Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement concerning the Program and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter.

By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
