From your friend’s first visit to closing day, we express our appreciation in meaningful ways.

How It Works
1. Submit a Referral
Share your friend’s information before their first visit so we can properly track your introduction and welcome them personally.
2. After Their Visit
When your referral completes a scheduled community tour, you’ll enjoy a $250 dining experience at Skyview Restaurant.
3. When They Go to Contract
If your referral enters into a purchase agreement, you’ll receive a $1,000 American Express® Gift Card.
4. At Closing
Upon the successful closing of their new Citrus Hills home, you’ll receive an additional $2,000 American Express® Gift Card.

When Sam Tamposi and Jerry Nash started the Villages of Citrus Hills in 1968, they envisioned it as a spectacular place for their friends and neighbors to live.
