GOLF, TRAVEL, HOLIDAYS & MORE!
The month of May has arrived, which means that many of our friends and neighbors are preparing to head north for the summer. However, those of us that are planning to remain in the Villages of Citrus Hills for the summer will have no shortage of events and activities to keep us busy this month!
In addition to blooming flowers and warmer weather, the month of May also brings us this year’s Ballroom Dance Schedule. The month of May will be dedicated to learning and performing the Two Step. Certified instructor Butch Philips will be leading classes in the Activity Center Auditorium every Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm.
The summer months are also likely to get you thinking about taking a vacation. The Activity Center is definitely on top of this one because they already have two cruises planned during the month of May. There is a group going on a Grand Mediterranean Cruise from May 6 through May 17, and another group is planning to cruise to South Africa from May 22 through June 3. You can find out more information about either of these trips by contacting the Activities Center Service Desk.
