For residents of the Villages of Citrus Hills, the newest and most impressive shopping venue in the Tampa area is located just over an hour south near Wesley Chapel.
This adds to the already impressive amount of shopping available within a short drive of the community.
The Tampa Premium Outlets
The brand new Tampa Premium Outlets opened during the last week of October 2015, and have been impressing shoppers throughout the holiday season with a Key West inspired feel that includes palm trees and fountains.
The Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH is the largest of the stores here, but Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike, Under Armour, American Eagle Outfitters, Puma, Gap, and Forever 21 each have large stores as well.
Other popular retailers include Ann Taylor, Columbia Sportswear, Michael Kors, Lucky Brand, The Limited, and Vera Bradley.
Altogether there are a total of 110 stores spread across the property, which creates a virtual one-stop shopping experience for all tastes and budgets.
The 441,000 square ft. shopping center also contains a large indoor food court where shoppers can refresh and refuel before, during, or after their shopping trip.
