The new Suncoast Parkway Extension that connects the Citrus Hills area directly to Tampa in just about an hour has done great things for Citrus County.

We’re seeing new growth and opportunities for all who live here.

This means things like new shopping and dining options and new jobs.

It’s been rumored that we will be seeing multiple new shopping and dining options just minutes from the front gates of Citrus Hills.

Our sister city, Crystal River, which is just 10 minutes from Citrus Hills, plans to also see a new Jersey Mike’s and Los Magueyes Restaurant soon.

We expect to see even more expansions and growth here in our area in the next 3-5 years.
