Our Referral Program was designed to thoughtfully recognize residents who share the community they’re proud to call home. From your friend’s first visit to closing day, we express our appreciation in meaningful ways.

And there’s no limit to the number of friends you can invite.

How It Works

1. Submit a Referral Through the Form Below.

Share your friend’s information before their first visit so we can properly track your introduction and welcome them personally.

2. After Their Visit: $250 Skyview Restaurant Gift

When your referral completes a scheduled community tour, you’ll enjoy a $250 dining experience at Skyview Restaurant.

3. When They Go to Contract: $1,000 Gift Card

If your referral enters into a purchase agreement, you’ll receive a $1,000 American Express® Gift Card.

4. At Closing: $2,000 Gift Card

Upon the successful closing of their new Citrus Hills home, you’ll receive an additional $2,000 American Express® Gift Card.

When Sam Tamposi and Jerry Nash started the Villages of Citrus Hills in 1968, they envisioned it as a spectacular place for their friends and neighbors to live. With warm-weather, a relaxed pace of life, and unbeatable amenities and social activities, they planned to share the Citrus Hills lifestyle with the people they cared about. To this day, you will find folks who knew Sam and Jerry enjoying our community, and you will still hear that distinct New England accent in certain neighborhoods.

From the beginning, that’s what Citrus Hills has always been about: A place to enjoy with your friends and neighbors. To that end, we invite you to join our annual Ambassadors Club Program. If you have made your initial deposit and are building or purchasing a new home with us, the Ambassadors Club program gives you a generous welcoming gift for you and your friend when you share the Citrus Hills lifestyle.

Terms and Conditions :

No purchase necessary to enter or win. One (1) entry per tour will be provided upon completion of an in-person tour of The Villages of Citrus Hills between May 1, 2026 and July 15, 2026, regardless of the number of tours completed.

Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to the 2026 U.S. Open, including event tickets for one day of play, round-trip coach airfare, and standard hotel accommodations. Drawing will be held on or about July 17, 2026.

Winner will be notified via phone and/or email and must accept the prize within 5 days or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Travel dates, event tickets, and accommodations are subject to availability and may be determined at Citrus Hills’ sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be substituted except at sponsor’s discretion. Taxes, upgrades, and additional expenses not expressly included are the responsibility of the winner.

Offer valid on new construction homes purchased through Citrus Hills Construction with a fully executed purchase agreement between May 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026. Citrus Hills Construction will pay the buyer’s customary title closing costs when the home is closed through Manatee Title, LLC. Closing costs must be verified by an official Closing Disclosure prepared by Manatee Title, LLC. Citrus Hills Construction will provide a credit at closing for eligible closing costs as reflected on the final settlement statement. Offer does not include prepaid items, prorated expenses, property taxes, homeowners’ insurance, club membership deposits, optional upgrades, or non-standard fees.
