What You’ll Leave Knowing

After attending, you’ll have a clearer understanding of:

✓ What daily life at Citrus Hills is like

✓ Whether the lifestyle matches what you’re looking for

✓ How people make the transition from where they are today

It’s about leaving with clarity you didn’t have before you walked in.

What This Is (And What It Isn’t)

This is not a high-pressure sales event.

It’s a small, hosted dinner designed to give you a casual, honest discussion about the community and how people live here.

✓ Ask questions openly

✓ Hear directly from our team

✓ Get a feel for whether this could fit your next chapter

Come curious.

Why People Choose to Attend

Most guests come because they’re somewhere in between.

They’re not ready to plan a trip yet—but they’re starting to think seriously about what’s next.

This experience gives people the opportunity to:

  • Explore the idea without committing to it
  • Ask questions from a real person in person.
Couple walking through The Villages of Citrus Hills

If It Feels Like a Fit, the Next Step Is Simple

If after the dinner you would like to visit in person, you can choose to schedule a visit or Discovery Stay.

A Discovery Stay gives you the opportunity to:

Walk through
the homes

Spend time in
the community

See what a normal day
actually feels like

There’s no expectation—but for those who move forward, this is where real clarity happens.

Give us a call. We would love to talk to you about your visit.
