Chef Theme Nights At Our Private Club Restaurants

It’s all right here at home! That’s the way residents in Terra Vista, Brentwood and throughout The Villages of Citrus Hills feel about where they live.

Clearly contributing to that sense of convenience are the private club restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner moments from your front door.

The member only restaurants include the pub spirited Rose & Crown, featuring a hearty breakfast and lunch menu. There’s The Grille with its neighborly atmosphere and casual bistro dining experience, and when your taste leans to a more refined lunch and dinner experience, the richly appointed ambiance of the Skyview Restaurant delivers the fare.

Central to the great popularity of the restaurants are the chefs behind the smorgasbord of culinary treats, Chefs Jason Perry of Skyview and Dwane Zimmerman of The Grille. This kitchen king duo brings their extensive experience and creativity to planning an ongoing variety of culinary pleasures for their patrons.

Playing a part in the variety of choice offered are routine changes to the lunch and dinner menus featured at both restaurants. However, it’s thespecialty theme night dinners prepared by Chef Jason and Chef Dwane that are always sensationally popular. From theme nights as casual asBubba Gump Shrimp Night highlighted by shrimp dishes prepared in a variety of styles to French Night with Filet of Sole sautéed in E.V.O.O. and Center Cut Sirloin encrusted with back peppercorns and finished with brandied cream. It’s the never ending variety that has helped place our club restaurants among the elite of Citrus County dining establishments.

“Our chefs really work at creating something new all the time,” states Anthony Lambert, Club General Manager, “We believe offering variety by changing the menu has been the key to seeing our members enjoying their restaurants year after year. Both Duane and Jason do a great job at keeping meal quality high and variety fresh.”

A recent sampling of the theme night dinners include the Tour of Italy, Oriental Night, New England Lobster Night, the Luau and Tour of the World Extravaganzas!

In addition to the enjoyment of the meal patrons also appreciate the values available with culinary sensations customarily ranging from modest meals from $15 to the elaborate extravaganza specials at $29.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. One (1) entry per tour will be provided upon completion of an in-person tour of The Villages of Citrus Hills between May 1, 2026 and July 15, 2026, regardless of the number of tours completed.
