Citrus Hills Home Walkthrough – The Cromwell

With the many floor plans available here at the Villages of Citrus Hills, deciding which one is the perfect fit can be a pretty big decision. 

We are happy to help you pick the one that is perfect by giving you as much information as possible about each and every option available.

At a total of 1,798 living space The Cromwell is one of the mid-sized options in our “Care-Free” homes category. With two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study, and a covered lanai, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax, but not so much that you’ll have to worry about keeping up with the cleaning. 

Of course, since The Cromwell is one of our “Care-Free” homes, you can rest easy when it comes to maintenance. All of the exterior yard work will be taken care of for you here!

Inside The Cromwell

As we make our way into the front door of The Cromwell, we will pass through the high entryway and into the foyer. The large window above the front door allows for plenty of natural light to brighten up the foyer.

Standing in the foyer, you will see the entrance to the second bedroom and the second bathroom immediately off to one side. The second bedroom has large windows looking out the front of the house, and any guests staying with you will have close access to the second bathroom. 

Proceeding through the foyer will take us into the dining room area, which is flanked by the entrance to the large study. Behind the dining room is where you will find the great room, kitchen, and breakfast nook, as well as the entrance to your master suite.

The Heart of the Cromwell 

Moving through the dining room and into the back of the house is where you will find the heart of The Cromwell. This is where you will spend most of your time. There is a 15’ 4” x 19’ 4” great room in the center of the house, which leads out onto a covered lanai. 

 Off to one side of the great room is where you will find a large kitchen that features an L-shape of cabinets along the back wall and a long island that separates the kitchen from the great room. Appliances like the range, oven, and refrigerator are all built into the L-shaped cabinets, and the kitchen sink is right in the center of the island. 

At the back of the kitchen is a small breakfast nook that will be perfect for a casual table to be used while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening card game!

Where the Magic Happens 

On the opposite side of the house from the second bedroom and the kitchen is where you will find the master suite. You enter into the bedroom through a door at the back of the great room. There is a large window looking out the back of the home, and plenty of space for a large bed and lots of furniture.

Attached to the master bedroom is a master bathroom that features a water closet, fabulous shower, and his and her sinks. There is a small linen closet in the master bath, and then there is the large walk-in closet that is accessible through the back of the bathroom.

The Cromwell does an excellent job of fitting all of the amenities that most buyers are looking for into a floor plan that is small enough to be manageable and also very affordable. 

 If you are thinking about a “Care-Free” home at the Villages of Citrus Hills, The Cromwell should definitely be on your list!
