Take a quick walkthrough of our model, the Chadwick.

With our eight single-family floor plan options and the 11 more care-free floor plans, there is a wide variety to choose from here at the Villages of Citrus Hills. 

Homes here come in all shapes, sizes, and budgets, but one of the most popular floor plans is the Chadwick. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a 2-car garage and study contains 2,182 square feet of living space inside and a total of 3,196 square feet of total house. 

Let’s head in the front door and take a look around! 

Entering the Chadwick 

The entrance to the Chadwick is right between the 2-car garage and the bay window from the study  in the middle of the house. As you enter, you will step into a hallway foyer that is slightly angled before opening up to the main part of the house. 

From this angled part of the foyer, you will see the entrance to the study in the front of the house, the dining room directly ahead of you, and the kitchen and great room occupying almost the entire back of the house. 

There is also a small hallway that runs in between the study and the dining room that leads back to the guest bathroom and the guest bedroom in the front corner of the house.

The Kitchen & Great Room

One of the biggest selling points of the Chadwick is the massive great room that measure 16’ across and almost 20’ deep. The depth of the great room is mirrored on the kitchen side, where you will notice that the countertops are designed to enhance the angle we encountered entering through the foyer. 

In the kitchen, you will find the stove and refrigerator against the back wall, while the sink is in the countertop that separates the kitchen from the great room. There is also a large island area placed right between the stove and the sink, so you will always have plenty of room to work when cooking here. 

At the back of the kitchen you will find a breakfast nook area that overlooks an incredible 12’ deep lanai that spreads across the entire width of the kitchen and great room. The lanai is accessible through the large sliding glass doors at the back of the great room. 

From the kitchen, you can also make your way into the garage. There is also a small laundry room in this part of the house.

The Master Suite 

Towards the back of the great room on the side opposite the kitchen is where you will find the entrance to the luxurious master suite. The suite itself is 16’ deep and more than 13’ wide, so there is plenty of room for a king size bed here. 

The master suite also includes a master bathroom with his and hers sinks, and then a huge walk-in closet back behind that. 

The Chadwick offers its owners plenty of luxuries like an open floor plan and a large master suite. There is also plenty of extra space between the dining room, study, and second bedroom. 

With all of this space in such a nice package, it is easy to see why the Chadwick is one of the most popular single-family home floor plans at the Villages of Citrus Hills.
