Come out and enjoy Thursday Night Live, a relaxed evening designed for good music, good food, and time with friends and neighbors. Enjoy live music, explore a marketplace of local vendors, grab dinner from a food truck, play a few lawn games, or simply find a seat and enjoy the evening.

We’ll also have complimentary refreshments, beer and wine, plus cooling stations and water available throughout the event.

Make your new Citrus Hills home your permanent Florida residence before January 1, 2027, and you may qualify for Florida’s valuable Homestead tax benefits for the 2027 tax year, including up to $50,000 Homestead Exemption on your property’s taxable value, lower property taxes, and long-term protection from rapidly increasing property assessments. Florida voters will also consider a proposed constitutional amendment this fall that, if approved, could significantly expand homestead tax benefits for qualifying homeowners to up to $250,000. Those who miss the Jan 1 deadline, will have to wait an additional 5 years for the full benefits to go into effect. Eligibility is determined by the local Citrus County property appraiser, and a timely homestead application is required.

Offer valid on new home purchase agreements executed between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026 through Citrus Hills Construction and is contingent upon successful closing. Qualified purchasers will receive complimentary meals for one (1) year from the date of closing for personal use by the primary homeowner at participating Citrus Hills restaurants.
